Please help! 17k gone!

I order two PS5's in March 2021, around 18k was outlayed.

There were many delays and eventually told that a lady by the name of Jurina had scammed LLP and therefore I would not get my consoles. Police were investigating, and months passed by.

Come July 2021, Cathy from LLP agreed to refund me in part payments as she had lost a lot due to being scammed by Jurina.

She paid me 3 instalments of R400 in Ju;, Sep and Oct. R1200 in total. Cathy's business is now folded and I'm still 16.5k out of pocket. I urgently need the funds to maintain my home.

Please can someone help me.

Cathy has been helpful, but I need all my money refunded now unfortunately.
