Live Real Estates Inhuman Treatment of Clients and People

I want to post a review after i saw the most shocking abusing of power when trying only to do my job. Myself and my fellow cleaners experienced abuse, Rac ism and bullying. By the owner, his staff and the agents from LIVE REAL ESTATE. They were very rude and very unprofessional. And all FOUR of them stormed in, abused us and threw us and the tenant out mid way through the cleaning.

i attended a clean at the weekend. The property had been cleaned by the owners housekeeper for the letting period but he had done a bad job. The tenant wished to return the property in perfect condition. The property is an old church and big.

The tenant who employ us to do the cleaning work asked the agency Live Real Estate to check out later in the day to continue with the clean until finished and sort the next place as his tenant period did not end until the next day

The agents not only refuse but they come to barge into the property. Five of them. Owner, owner secretary, owner housekeeper, and two from Live Real Estate ,. I was out to the shops to get boxes and when I returned five people are inside the house. My colleague cleaners report to me how they all just force their way in against tenant's wish and begin to shout and scream at the cleaners and him.

The youngest lady with blonde hair, she goes to his office where he is busy packing and scream at him like a naughty child with such disrespect the clean team are in shock.

They then throw all his personal belongings in refuse sacks and then they throw them on the street. They tell us we must pack on the street and they throw out the tenant and they throw out us and we pack on the street. Everything is thrown in ******* bags and is all expensif clothes mix with cleaning cloths f bleach and the expensif cloths is destroyed,

When the owner he come he shouts about soot on the walls and the tenant must [ay but we clean that property and the whole property already need redecoration so the owner is trying to create mischief and get work done at the tenants money. The bit if soot from fireplace was minor and I cleaned small area myself to see and it come off easy, the owner he is very crafty and the staff from live real estates they are involved in this game of the owner and they all gang up on us and the tenant.

Is very bad atmosphere, the Live Real Estates people and owner's secretary talk to us like slaves or inferior people. They treated us terribly and we were all in very deep shock.

The tenant pay a lot of money to live in the house and a lot of money deposit and they for sure try to ***** l from him. The house it was freezing cold ands they blamed him for using the fireplace. Was very clear false reasons to make big deductions.

When cleaning a nice property you do not expect owners and their staff or agents to behave in such a way or to break laws like this. They were very big bullies and the use of their power was very frightening for us

When we unpack the stuffs is all badly messed up and some damaged. They just thrown stuffs in refuse bags and throw us out like refuse too.

These people are not right and we wish to help the tenant to get his money back but I am afraid they will to play very deceiving games.

All the team agree wee must help this tenant so he is not cheated by these people and we start now to post reviews on all review places as they dont even reply to any messages
