Hope not be disappointed again

I never had problems with them before since February when i registered with them.Today around 8am i loaded my wallet with 250 and for whatever reason,I have been with no electricity until now at 4pm.I was with the thought its loadshedding but everyone in the neighbourhood has electricity. I called and thats when my lights turned on.I am just disappointed
