Don’t buy at Livesmarthome appliances

I paid R1600 for a phone and they told me to pay a local delivery fee of R970 which they did not include when I was placing an order , now they want me to pay 450 for a refund fee after I waited 13 days for my refund. It’s not as good as people claim it to be. They will chow your money
