I bought a flask in March 2023 that became faulty a month or so ago. After simply asking about the lifespan of the flasks, and confirming that it hadn't been bumped or dropped, they simply offered to replace it for me, complete with the engraving. I never asked for a replacement, and am highly impressed.

I had ordered an insulated cup which is ceramic coated on the inside. Lizzard advertises that it does not alter the taste of the drink. I have used it now a couple of times. It is unfortunately changing the taste of the drink, which is coffee in my case. I had sent 2 emails to lizzard onto the advertised email address on the webpage. No response at all! I even tried calling both numbers on the webpage. Both of them do not have any response either. I am very disappointed with my purchase. I will definitely not recommend Lizzard to anyone. This is really bad customer service if a business does not respond at all.

I'm so impressed with the service I got. Delivery was here before time, and the quality of the clothing is amazing. It looks exactly as depicted on the website. Love it

The personalization option doesn't work on the website. I have been going back and forth only getting one liner replies without any clarification on the matter. Nobody is answering the landline to assist. Highly irritated and annoyed. In the process my order is delayed as in two days I haven't been able to sort this out. Really?!
