new car with factory damages
1. Service 1,2 and 3 full checks were not done. <br> 2. Brakes were never checked<br> 3. Gearbox faulty took a year to get gearbox replaced, still faulty and when done gearbox not fastened securly. Toolk 3 months <br> 4. Power steering faulty, reported at each service, still not replaced or sorted out. <br> Reported to FAW Johannesburg, who is in contact with L and J Motors. New gearbox and power steering to be done on 45000 km service. Recon gearbox put in not new as I was told and power steering not ordered yet.<br> 5. When I got the car bck after 3 months radiator was leaking, took about a month to have radiator replaced. <br> 6. Recon gearbox now put in tues 2 March 2016. Got car back, speedometer not working, took back on tues. wednesday over heating car went in. Thurs still over heating and no acceleration. Car in friday to have everythng checked. <br> 7, I received curtocy car that was unroad worthy wich they collect the next day and gave another unroadworthy car - this was during the 3 months that they had my car

BMW 323I BRENDEN PIETERS - L & J MOTORS
We bought this car in May 2015. It was only delivered in June 2015 and was in and out of the Garage for the same thing everytime. Some times it was there for 2 to 3 weeks and then nothing has been done. Last week it was again in for 2 days when I fetch the car al the same lights were burning and all the rattles was still there and the lights still not working properly ans the seats and doors was full of oil marks even the carpets. When I started the car there was two extra lights that come on. They didnt really want to help me and then send me to someone else to test the car. When he put up the machine I was in shock to see that the trottle was faulty, the electrical was faulty, sensors were faulty. I couldnt leave the car there cause of Jaques did not want to give me a curtesy car and we already were stuck there for two days. We had to be back at Golela on the latest on Thursday. We do not have any other transport andis 200km away from Richardbay. Everytime this cost me money up and down. I did report this to the bank also. I also do know of people in Golela that had the same problems with the same guy... Please what can I do to get this car fixed.
