Reckless and irresponsible drivers
I followed trailer no LMC 631 on the N1 north before the Malibingwe offramp. at 1000 hours on the 22nd April. Besides doing up tp 120 km/hr on the downhills, the truck was swerving in and out of the lanes, (The speed limit for trucks is 80km/hr). When he stopped at the robot of the offramp The driver threw his cigarette stompie out out of the window. I called the Company to report the driver. They took my details down, promising that the Manager in charge of the drivers would call me back. 24 hours later, I'm still waiting

Utterly disappointing and unprofessional
Would give them a 0 if it was possible. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. No staff to help you with your collections at 10:00 on a Saturday. Rude and very slow when you eventually can get someone to help after 15 minutes. 2 weeks later and I’m in the exact same situation. I have clients expecting their products purchased, but the “systems are offline”, no senior staff or supervisors on the premises to see what is going on, no contact number to call that is answered when you’re stuck with people saying your parcels aren’t here & you must come back another day because they don’t do hand-offs, they only off load the truck. Honestly, the most shocking experience with a courier service to date.

Transport People Par Excellence
I have been dealing with LMC Express (Pty) Ltd for about two years now and I have found that their operation is professional and well-run. On two occasions I called on them unexpectedly and they were cleaning the operations area of their business which involved washing the whole inside of the loading area and their huge trucks inside and outside. Apparently, they do that on a regular basis weekly without fail. All their procedures are followed to the T. I was really impressed by that, and they take their work very seriously. Even though they are so busy I have never met people so friendly that never complain and always have a minute for me. What a pleasure to be able to say something nice about these committed people. I really recommend them as a company for transporting goods across South Africa. You can’t go wrong with a company like that.

LMC Expess too hot to care whether they deliver their chilled promise or not
LMC Express who claims their fame in transporting temperature controlled products not by “fly by night but cruise through the night, proofed with transporting of our frozen valued product not being so cool after all.Not growing our business but closing it. LMC Express slogan “hands down the best” turned out to be Hands up with our valued product delivered as a mess.Significant losses incurred, though LMC Express referred us to their T&C’s saying the joke is on us not aware of LMC Express business experience once upfront payment is made they really just dont care.
