The moving company was late for pickup l had to pay the landlord penalty fees due to that . My television was damaged in transit and l have not received any compensation despite several phone calls . I had to pay them double and a refund was promised now the Director of the company is not responding to my calls to pay my refund . Overall their service is terrible .

If I cud give negative stars I would. Do not under any circumstances give your business to this company. Load A Lot. It has been the worst service experience of my life. They expected upfront payment. So far it's been 1 month and I still have not received my household goods in boxes and luggage. They are very creative with their lies and push backs. It has derailed planned situations and they do not care at all that they lie and misrepresent themselves. Shocking shocking company. Do not use them.

I have never had worse service in my life! Stay away from this company. I paid a deposit on 2 March 2025. They were supposed to move my household items from Gordon's Bay to Parys around the 10th of June. I am still waiting!!! I have made more than 300 calls to this company, most not answered. They don't communicate, and if you call, email or Whatsapp, you are ignored. I have had to pay my landlord extra for 1.5 months because my stuff was not removed from the premises on time. It also caused a chain reaction because other people are waiting to move in there. They promised to come on 17 June, and I put in one and a half days of leave to handle the move, and they simply didn't come. They have promised other dates 4 more times, but didn't come or communicate. Save yourself some frustration and extra expenses and don't use this company.

Terrible service ‼️‼️ I waited for my load from CPT for 4 full weeks. Inbetween that was so many inconsistent stories, lack of communication. I had to always start engagement to find out if their coming or not. I gave them a chance and I regretted from the get go. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I felt betrayed. Don't risk it. Seriously disappointing.

I have been struggling with this company for the past month. I have had so many engagements and when they had to deliver, it was just excuses. First they said that the truck was broken so the delivery had to be postponed 3 days. Then the driver had to go to renew his license. Eventually I decided in conjunction with 3 of their staff to get another company to deliver my goods. After another 6 days, no one can confirm when I will get my deposit refunded.....

First they said that the truck was broken so the delivery had to be postponed 3 days. Then the driver had to go to renew his license. Eventually I decided in conjunction with 3 of their staff to get another company to deliver my goods. After another 6 days, no one can confirm when I will get my deposit refunded.....
