Bad service I ordered some few things I wanted to collect them at load of living mall of Africa and at the the moment I am quite far I will only come back after 2months I called to ask if I can send someone to collect on my behalf and provide her id if the can’t trust her they can video call me I will show my face and id to prove that is me but they refused soo in that case they have lost a customer they will have to keep the parcel and return it because the is nothing I can do at the moment…

I would like to share my wonderful experience- yesterday I went to Loads of Living Fourways crossing to collect my Truworths online order around 16H40.I must the ladies made me feel so special they are so nice friendly and doing what I haven't seen for a while smiling and happy to assist, I mean when last have you heard someone saying ...Good day ma'am how can we help you ...Well done ladies 👏👏👏👏

I would like to share my wonderful experience- yesterday I went to Loads of Living Fourways crossing to collect my Truworths online order around 16H40.I must the ladies made me feel so special they are so nice friendly and doing what I haven't seen for a while smiling and happy to assist, I mean when last have you heard someone saying ...Good day ma'am how can we help you ...Well done ladies 👏👏👏👏

I bought a bag of R199 on 27/12/2023 on my credit card. Communicate on Social Media with Load Of Living regarding the quality etc. Informing them I don't have the slip anymore. They said I must sort it out with manager of Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria, tried to but the lady doesn't understand anything. Said I must sort it with Load of Living. Can you please assist?

Bought an expensive Egyptian Cotton sheet on sale R850 - the sheet is fitted but doesn't stay in position. Keep on "getting out" on the sides. I wish to return this since I am not prepared to R850 for a sheet I cannot used. The sheet was used and bought in Brooklyn Mall Loads of Living.

I bought bedding online and it was said my order was on its way. A day later was sent a sms to tell me my order was canceled after it showed that the items was available. Terrible customer service and I had to phone head office to find out what was happening with my order. Very disappointed in the service I received. Not even head office had a reasonable explanation why I did not receive my order. So I learn for the 3rd time from buying something online. Very unprofessional staff and company.

I was gifted linen from Loads of Living for my wedding in April. One of the duvet covers is a Queen size, and I need a King. Because I live 400km away from the closest Loads of Living store, I was only able to drive to Loads of Living in Menlyn this weekend (at astronomical cost). The desk agent refused to exchange the duvet cover, even after I explained that I was not able to return it earlier because I live in a rural area some 400km away. She said it was "policy". I asked, politely, if she could call Customer Services; she refused. I am now sitting with a beautiful 400 TC Bamboo duvet cover that I cannot use because it is too small, and although Loads of Living still has stock of this particular style on their shelves, they are refusing to exchange it for a King size cover. While I can understand that the policy says returns and exchanges are accepted until 30 days after purchase, clearly this is a unique situation. The company's service is shocking.

COMPLAINT: LOADS OF LIVING- BROOKLYN MALL PRETORIA • I was inside the Load of Living, Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria; • Browsing the towels to see what I want to purchase; • A lady asked if she can assist, I said no I will help myself; • Then all of a sudden she pushed in front of me, starting to pack the shelf of towels where I was browsing etc; • Result I could not finish my purchases and grabbed what I could • At the till, the sales person, Employee No 2028815 did not greet whatsoever; • I requested her to put the face clothes etc in one bag and the towel in another; • Then she asked again - I confirmed by saying this is what I said; • The items which I purchased was not placed in Loads of Living bags – it was in sale bags of Truworths; • Walked out, the alarm went off; • Discovered the sales person at the till did not removed the tag. Hello???? Don’t the staff know they must remove the tags? This waisted my time. I was not whatsoever impress with the level of service Awaiting your feedback ASAP.
