Thieves
These people are thieves. I applied for a loan. They asked me for a payment which I made. They then asked for a second payment which I refused to make. They are stealing from people who are desperately seeking help. Don't fall for their lies!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

Loan Choice SA/Lifestyle Legal
I keep receiving emails scaring me with court summons from Lifestyle Legal, representing Loan Choice SA demanding that I pay R1700. I never a loan with Loan Choice. I replied to these people asking for copies of documents that I signed taking a loan but they don't respond to my request instead they keep sending these "court summons imminent " email. If anyone can help, please intervene. Here is what they keep sending. Your Reference # 9521012844275 IN RE: COURT SUMMONS AND BLACKLISTING IMMINENT Dear, MR NKOSINATHI NDABANDABA, Identity Number: Please take note that, due to failure to effect payment of the outstanding amount due to LOAN CHOICE SA, we have instructed our Attorneys to issue Summons for the recovery thereof. An issued example of a Summons has been attached to this document for your convenience. As soon as the Court has issued the finalised document, it will be serve upon you by the Sheriff of the Court. Beyond ****ed Loan Choice SA, Biggest RIP off, Scam company
I have never heard of a company that would hand you over for something you didnt ask for. I received a summons from these a$$holes, stating that i owe them R1700, since March this year, now my questions is, if i applied for this **** that they are offering and did not make payments, if it's money due to your company, why not call and ask me why i am not paying it, Months later, i get an email from this ****ing lifestyle legal with a summons, NOW understand me nicely, i am not leaving this here, thats a promise

loan choice SA fruad account
Hello Peter I have receive an email from loan choice SA saying that they are going to blacklist my name but I do not have any loan with them I asked them for proof of payment that was pay into my account course I have not receive any money or service with them. Kindly help so that my name will be cleared.

FRUAD AND HARRASMENT FROM LIFESTYLE LEGAL AND LOAN CHOICE SA
Lifestyle Legal and Loan choice SA has been harassing me for money owed for NO services rendered. I was one of the unfortunate people who went to Loan Choice to see if they can provide me with a loan. I did not complete all the forms sent but without reading the terms completely entered into a digital contract with Loan Choice. After I reversed the money they deducted of my bank account which I didn't even give them the details to, I have been handed over to Lifestyle legal. After which I got repeated emails and sms's for the outstanding amount, contract cancellation fees and with that extra fees every week. Where I had to pay R399 they summonsed me for R1400 after 2 months. I paid the money (duped into it as I was afraid of the legal implications) Now I am unable to get hold of the so called Lifestyle Legal. The phone rings, a voice prompt comes up and after a few minutes of holding the call gets cut off. I have been trying for 2 days. I phoned loan choice and they demand my ID number which I REFUSE to give as I do not trust them with my details, and do not want any more illegal transactions on my bank account they cannot provide me with said legal firms contact details, they wont allow me to speak to management 'as management does not take calls' and they insist on my personal details!!!!!!!! How can I give them my ID number knowing that they will be able to access my personal details and then once again try and deduct money for some other reason?????? And why am I unable to get hold of Lifestyle Legal. I sent the POP to them 3days ago and I am still receiving threatening messages stating that they are going to black list me. This is extortion and fraud at its best!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can anybody give me some advise as to what is my next step and what to do. I am getting the sense that Lifestyle Legal doesn't even exist and they are a front to steal money from clients that doesn't know better
