Here is a formal email you can send: Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Outstanding UI19 and Unacceptable Service Dear Mr. Flip, I trust you are well. I am writing to formally express my serious concern and dissatisfaction regarding the debt review removal service rendered to us. It has now been three years since we engaged your services and paid nearly R10,000 for the process, yet we are still waiting for the outstanding UI19 document. This delay is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the manner in which this matter has been handled is deeply concerning. I have repeatedly followed up, but instead of receiving assistance or clear feedback, I have simply been told to “wait” because your previous employee allegedly cleared the system. With respect, internal staffing or system issues are not my responsibility as a client. We paid for a professional service, and we expect the matter to be resolved accordingly. I therefore request the following: Immediate written confirmation of the status of our UI19. A clear timeline indicating when this matter will be finalized. A detailed explanation of why this has taken three years to resolve. Should this matter not be resolved urgently, we will have no choice but to consider further action. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and professionalism it requires. Kind regards, Cindy Visser

I paid R 5 653 on 11 Jan 2024 to this company to clear my name from ITC. During March 2025 I settled all of my debt and asked Loans Acceptable again to clear my name from ITC. Debbie Meyer sent me 2 documents and assured me that my name is clean at ITC. After I saw at my bank even today, that I am still under debt review and these people are just ignoring my emails and doesn't want to help me. I am turning to Hello Peter now to give them negative publicity, because they do not want to help me

Do not trust them. We paid them just to find out after payments was made that our accounts was closed long before they ever made payments. They tell you nice stories do not believe them. First do your home work and go to your bank they will help you. These people make money off you and make it looks like they are delivering a service. Be aware of them
