Tell me why samples offered as complimentary- are later included in my car with a charge. I don’t care that it’s 1c totaling 3c overall. My issue is the lack of principles and deceptive marketing. Under South African consumer law, “complimentary” samples are treated similarly to “free” samples in terms of legal interpretation. The word “complimentary” implies zero cost to the consumer, and charging for them — explicitly or indirectly — may breach the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) No. 68 of 2008. Ordered from L'occitane on Monday the 15th of Januar - order 6866. Yesterday they delivered a small box with 4 samples and declared order fulfilled. Definitely not one item I've ordered in the box and not R1300 worth of products. Not answering their phones, chat or whatsapp lines. Strange that you always can only order these specials online. Awaiting feedback from them or refund.

I made use of a Black Friday Special for Home Fragrance. Then I received a box with the diffuser and the reeds, but no fragrance. The box has a separate space for a fragrance bottle - but there was nothing in the box. Is this then still a home fragrance special or is it a glass bottle-&-sticks special. I've sent a complaint on their website but haven't received a reply. The call Centre number is not in function, their e-mails come back undelivered

Dear L'Ooccitane, I really love your products, what I don't appreciate is being ripped off. Maybe I don't know what 250ml looks like in a hand cream, but when you advertise online on the South African L'Occitane that you can get a 250ml handcream for R155 and receive a 30ml luggage cream, that is enough to send anyone over the edge. Please don't come with the patronising jargon that because it's a french product the cream's are actually 250ml in a 30ml tube. Because that means that I'm actually then getting 1000ml products in all other products that state on the containers that they are 250ml. I would appreciate a refund or the actually amount to make up 250ml that you advertise. If that is how you do business you should actually not be allowed to advertise your products in South Africa. Thank you for taking my money and sending me a 30ml tube, yet I paid for a 250ml tube!

Hi i hVe purchased products at L occitane retail shop in V&A Water front . I have returned purchased items and waited 7 days for money to reflect in my account to no avail nothing happened went back to tell them no money has gone into my account they had me running up and down back and forth for a month for them tp release the money am so dissapointed in poor sevice

I have placed an order on L'Occitane's website on 10th Sep, then i received an email the next day says my order has been dispatched. But i haven't received it after a week, so i contacted the customer service to confirm the delivery date, then the customer service replied me that one of the items in my order was out of stock, but they will send it out on 18th Sept. <br> However, until today, i have not received anything, and no one has replied my query message that was left from the website.<br> Can anyone please confirm when will i receive my order? I have placed an order on L'Occitane's website on 10th Sep, then i received an email the next day says my order has been dispatched.
