Lock boys - very unprofessional

Lock Boys send a tech. out to my house for a key that broke of on my sliding door. He looked very unprofessional. He was there for 2 min and said I need a new lock with a pricetag of between R3000/4000. After he left i was desperate to get the key out. I googled a few options, within the 3rd try, i got it out. I called the service centred and asked for my money back. He then called me a ****ing ****. These people do not care about client service. They only want money. Whey will lie to your face and tell you, you need a new lock etc just to cash out. Why will the settle for a small job like taking a key out.
