Unprofessional services

As a first time customer I’m completely disappointed by the fact that despite paying an exorbitant amount of money (R3795 to be precise) to Lock Boys’ to unlock a car for me, they have failed to provide an invoice for their services. They’re completely unprofessional and I don’t recommend their services at all. The locksmith that assisted me is not responding to my messages either.
