Locksure

Recently we were locked out of the house, we contacted the nearest locksmith. A guy by the name of Dean came out after a while of waiting. He could not give us an idea of the cost. Anyway he broke the lock, he came back the next day to replace the lock. Once again, he said he could not give a quote as it gets done at the office. After the work was done, he sent an invoice for the shocking amount if R4795.00, which had to be paid immediately, otherwise he would not leave. We kept the packaging of the lock, which was for builders. He paid R600 only, charged at 200% markup. Labour almost R3000. We consider this daylight robbery. It is disgusting how people take advantage, so be careful of Locksure. NOT recommended
