Pathetic service from Londoloza protection group

I would like to lay an official complaint against Londoloza protection group What they protecting or who? I don't know There is always a delay in responding to emergencies. This happened to me twice this year 1st it was in January when our car was stolen in the yard at 6:00am we saw the thieves outside and pressed the panic button and no reaction came I had to call them to ask if they didn't receive a panic report and the control department lied and said on their system my account is deactivated and I had relocated which was a lie Today people broke into our house while we were in the house @ 13:00pm, my kids were playing outside and we were in the house till I saw a man in the house, I screamed calling my husband and he fought them of the house and they escaped in this period I pressed the panic button for help but Londoloza was no where to be found. I called them again to find out why and 'Karabo' tells me because I didn't answer my phone they didn't know what to do What is the purpose of a panic button?

Londoloza is the worst security in the country I urge no one to even think of this company their services are the worst
