Shoe stretch
Just want to share my experience with the branch in Stellenbosch Eikestad Mall. Took my shoes for a slight stretch. It was stretched three times but they couldn't stretch it and I was told no refunds. How can one pay for a service that was not delivered. The owner told the guy working at the stand to stretch it again, bare in mind I've waited two weeks now. Pathetic service and the owner is a f***ing asshole. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there again.

Useless verby met empty promises
London key & serve in PNP Southern Corner Fichardtpark, Middle entrance. As ek n zero rating Kon gee sou ek. Die publiek moenie ooit indat die mense Se beloftes Glo Nie. Ek het Januarie 2024 my kind Se Skool skoene in gevat Vir nuwe buckles. Die ou Kon net die een skoen doen want hy het gewag Vir die nuwe buckles, let Wel ek het oor die R300 betaal Vir die 'belofte'. Hy het eventually n Ander kind Se skoolskoen buckle op my kind s’n gesit net as n tydelike solution. Hy het gese as ek weer ooit daarnatoe kom Dan Moet ek die skoene inbring Dan sal hy die nuwe buckle Vir my opsit. Ek het gevra Vir n slip of iets as n bewyse maar hy het gese dis Nie nodig Nie, hy sal my onthou as hy my Sien. Nie te Min, gister toe ek daarso was toe is die man blykbaar op verlof en die Ander een wat instaan kan Nie help Nie. Hy Bly insist op bewyse...my #@$& ek het Januarie dit gedoen en Nou Moet ek wat.....bank toe Gaan ek statements Gaan trek en hopenlik sal dit as bewyse tel. Ek het hom gevra om op die cameras te kyk toe word ek gese hy het Nie toegang tot dit Nie. Hy het die ou wat my daai tyd gehelp probeer boodskap stuur, en ek het hom seker 4 gese on n foto van my kind Se skoene te vat en ook Vir die man te stuur Maar hy het eenkant toe beweeg en stil gebly. Naderhand het hy net weer gese hy Kort bewyse ens. Want die ou reply Nie. Ek is n enkel ma wat bitter baie skaars by daai plek uitkom, so Nou Moet ek rondloop met n dogtertjie die hele dag lank en hoop en bid die man wat my gehelp het reply. Nooit ooit weer sal ek enige iemand recommend na die plek toe Nie. Useless verby.

Pathetic service I received from this shop in August. On the 8th of August, I took 3 pairs of Shoes to them for resoling and putting on heels, paid R450 per shoe, thus R1350, this was at their Loch Logan shop. On the 16th I went there to check on progress, since no one called me. When I got there, I found 1 pair of shoes and only one shoe from another pair. The other pair had disappeared. I went again the week of 25th August, now the other shoe was found but the other pair still nowhere to be found. Every time I go there, the guys are taking me from pillar to post, with no solution on my shoe. I got the numbers of Corran Van Zyl, he cannot be reached on phone. How can shoes just disappear? What can I do to get my shoes replaced?

Shocking service, exorbitant prices
I have never experienced such exorbitant prices for batteries and such an appalling attitude. I was told they do not give refunds and when I asked for their company policy which should be available for customers to view, the shopkeeper told me to contact his boss. The boss, called "Collins" never answered his phone, nor WhatsApp until I re-wrote a request for a refund an hour later. The attitude of the shopkeeper, Truth, was appalling. I have NEVER been treated so badly in a store before. There clearly is no regard for customers nor the fact that they charge way above the average rate.

London Keys Stellenbosch Square - stay away
I received the worst service I have ever experienced. Totally overcharged me for a remote and two keys. Getting home not even my original remote works anymore - and they have no idea how to fix it again.

Terrible service from London Keys and Services in Vaal Mall
I will definitely not recommend the London Keys and Services at Vaal Mall to anyone. This morning I went in the store to get a Dog identification tag. A guy by the name of James got the name and number from me that must go on the tag, once I gave him the information he got up and left the store, he completely engorged me not mentioning where he is going, if I should wait or how long he is going to be. After 10 minutes he still has not returned to the store, I left due to the pour service. He phoned 2 hours later, telling me that I must come and collect the tag. I told him that I didn't want the tag anymore due to the pour service that I received that is way I left the shop. He was extremely rude over the phone and treated to blacklist me (not sure on what grounds and info) if I don't collect the tag.

Worst SERVICE EVER!!!
London Keys Vaal Mall,must shutdown period!!! They are promising services they fail to render. Spent the entire day waiting for them to fix me boots which were returned for more than 5 weeks. More than 7 customers were complaining and demanding refunds . The work is untidy!!! The manager Corren is even more rude, I once spoke to him over the phone he and had the audacity to say to me that they are doing me a favor.
