Best surprise honeymoon from an agency who care!
We dared to envision the ultimate honeymoon experience, and Pieter transformed our dreams into a breathtaking reality! As the proud owner of my own car service centre, I recall the moment Pieter brought his vehicle in for a service, and I couldn't help but notice the signage Lonehill Travel and Cruises on his car. With our wedding date fast approaching, and merely five weeks to go, we were still uncertain about our honeymoon plans, as my fiancé and I were shouldering the bulk of the wedding expenses, and we had mutually agreed to reassess our budget to determine if a honeymoon was even feasible. I struck up a conversation with Pieter, sharing our predicament, and inquired about potential honeymoon destinations, providing him with our estimated budget. He suggested a few options, recommending that we consider a local getaway initially, followed by an international trip when we were ready. The best service and advise from a on of a kind Travel agency!
We would like to so Thank Pieter Van Zyl and Deborah Earnshaw from Lonehill Travel and Cruises. We have met Pieter at their office and he was fully prepared with options for our Mauritius holiday. Because we travelled with my daughter that is six and we said to Pieter we want a resort that will cater for both adults and kids with our budget. It wasn't even an half hour and Pieter haf 4 options for us and while he were looking for options he told me about Deborah and his extensive travel to Mauritius. Pieter excused himself and got the options and fact sheets of every resort that fitted out budget from his printer. We immediately fell in love with Radisson Crystal Beach Resot Bell Mare, Pieter explain about there kids club called Aqua World with where kids can enjoy themselves, have Something lite to eat, Ice Cream and soft drinks, we felt relaxed as the kids were watched during their time they spend there. The room Pieter suggested we're perfect, we were on the All-inclusive package, there are food and drinks the entire day, the Resort takes a break between 15:00 pm to 17:30 to prepare for dinner but drink are from 10:00am till 23:00. One absolutely plus point is that Lonehill Travel and Cruises have that we have never experienced at any Travel Agency is the unique Travel advisor Deborah Earnshaw, Deborah has so much knowledge and advised us how to maximise our holiday at a fraction of the price. Pieter and Deborah honestly care for their clients, we received some messages from them to make sure we are all right and can we assist with anything, it's definitely not too much message and we felt save and cared for. Thank you Deborah & Pieter for making our holiday exactly as we were expecting and more. For those who read this review, give Lonehill Travel and Cruies an opportunity for truly amazing holiday. One important fact I have to Share, I absolutely hate it when people push me in a corner to pay with all kind of scary stories, Pieter went slowly with the payment deadlines and nevef felt preasured, Keep up what you are doing and sood you will be a big market competitor.
