Scam watch out

I ordered online and two weeks later an ugly damaged handbag arrived. I took photos and sent them to Looks Like Summer to get a refund. They said they would refund it but I had to pay for postage to China which I did. I never received the refund. 6 months later the bag turns up at my door with the return Chinese postal address crossed out. This company is a scam.
