This shop is one of its kind,their products are cheap and they have an option of getting your money back if you face any challange,They can bring it back with profit thats what i like most about bigdeal.

The worst company. My Mecer inverter was under guarantee. Dawnwing fetched it on 16 January. It is 20 March 2023 and I still hasnt received my inverter. Loot said that it is missing. They said it is Dawnwing. Dawnwing told me that they didnt receive it. After a lot of phonecalls from my side and only emails from there side they paid me the amount that I have paid for it last year. They paid it into my Loot account. They ask R4000 more for it know. If I want to buy it from them I have to pay R4000 extra. If I buy it from another shop I have to pay R1500 extra They dont want to give me the extra R1500 . I have lost my inverter that was fully paid and because of their fault I have to pay R1500 extra.

Worst service ever. I wonder whether Loots have delivered anything anywhere in the past ? My order number is ptzk-385-b8a0 placed on 16/11/2022 and NOT delivered yet. Customer care is not reachable over phone, email has no response except one ticket which has no action. *** is this ?

Only reason for 1 star is if i didn't click it, I cant write a review. Worst shopping experience ever. Placed order on 15th of December was supposed be delivered on 4th of January. To date the order has not been shipped. No response to e-mails. after having a look on their facebook page, I have read that their are a whole lot more similar complaints. It is sad to see that you have to go to extreme measures to get any feedback or service even though you have paid for it.

Only reason for 1 star is if i didn't click it, I cant write a review. Worst shopping experience ever. Placed order on 15th of December was supposed be delivered on 4th of January. To date the order has not been shipped. No response to e-mails. after having a look on their facebook page, I have read that their are a whole lot more similar complaints. It is sad to see that you have to go to extreme measures to get any feedback or service even though you have paid for it.

Absolutely useless!! We paid extra to get the items delivered today only to be told that we would get the items on Monday! What use is a Christmas gift on the 28th!? I will not be purchasing anything from this platform again and I strongly suggest that all potential buys stay away from Loot.

I placed an order on 20 May for cutlery. At the time there was no indication that the items were out of stock or that there would be a long delay. In fact I ordered a wok four dayS after which was delivered within two days! It is now 10 June. I have sent hundreds of emails querying why where when, not an iota of communication back. You can’t reach them On the call centre number either as they have cut the line. If you can’t produce GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOW! I’m frustrated at your lack of service and your blanket Covid 19 excuse for no phone lines and no service? How are other online retailers getting the job done? Instead of ****ing the phone lines and not responding to emails cut the website sales where you know you are unable to produce? No, instead you are happy to take the money and stay silent because that suits you better. It suits you better because then the client suffers while you earn the interest of the money... bad bad service and non existent customer care. I will certainly be giving you a skip next time I’m scouring the Internet for items to purchase.

I really don't recommend them Lootsa for any online shopping. I ordered a dishwasher and paid on the 3rd January 2020 and it is now the 1st FebruRy and still have not received it. The follow ups have not helped at all as too where my delivery is or when it will be done. I would not recommend anyone to use them
