I changed my mind and canceled before the 21st of November 2023, but to my surprise, 50% of the money was debited before November 21, 2023. This was free cancellation before November 21, 2023. I called them and emailed them. At first, they denied debiting my credit card through paybridge accommodation and after they blamed booking.com, then it was excuse after excuse, I have sent them the POP, but now they have gone quiet and booking.com.
