amazing service from Lots & Crates
We received such amazing service from Lots & Crates. We chose our furniture on the Saturday and it was all delivered on the Monday. James, from Lots and Crates, kept us in the loop the whole morning up until our furniture was delivered. We received everything in perfect condition, carefully wrapped. Highly recommended.

amazing service from Lots & Crates
We received such amazing service from Lots & Crates. We chose our furniture on the Saturday and it was all delivered on the Monday. EXCELLENT SERVICE from Lots & Crates (Northriding)
I was you typical South African consumer looking for a lounge suite. I bought one from Lots and Crates (furniture & home accessory store) in Northriding and dealt with Shaun Murphy. I was unfortunate in that the one I bought had a fault and contacted Shaun three months after the purchase. Expecting to be treated like the majority of South African consumers with hostility and a don't care attitude I contacted Shaun and explained that I was not happy with my purchase. Shaun responded with a response I am still absolutely stunned by and that is one of a concerned retailer who wants happy customers and who happily obliged by exchanging the entire lounge suite for me at no cost to myself. What was so amazing is that as a typical South African consumer I was expecting to be told \tough luck
