VERY UNHAPPY WITH LOTUS PRINT CONSUMABLES
I had a very bad review for this company, they are ****mer so buy something and throw a R100 gift card in your face. They sell printer cartridges and tell you that this cartridge can last you very long. Well our cartridge last for 4 months and did not see any difference in printing, as they assumed it print good quality ink. BLA BLA BLA, long story short, we did take 2 cartridges and told them that we do not want anymore, then the games begin this arrogant guy phone me and insist me to pay the other 2 otherwise we do not get discount. We received a letter confirming that if we take another one we are square no one will every phone us again for the 4th cartridge. Well today was the day. He constantly phone and tell me what to do and keep telling me about the R100 voucher he sent. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, they have a very aggressive approach.

Terrible! Horrible! ****!
Absolutely terrible!! No words can define what ****mers these people are! They harass people out of their own money for orders they have never made, they make you feel like you obligated to pay for stuff you never even request!! I highly do not suggest, if you get into purchasing from this company please be ready to face unstoppable difficulties, harassment and lies from them!

Terrible! Horrible! ****!
Absolutely terrible!! No words can define what ****mers these people are! Lotus Print Consumables (Pty) Ltd - BAD NEWS!!!!
I have been harassed and threatened by this company for 6 months. We are a small company and they insist that I ordered 18 print cartridges which cost 3 x the amount of a normal cartridge. When I asked for proof of a purchase order, I was informed that they do not work with purchase orders and they have now invoiced me for "discount" which they claim I was given. They also claim to be a part of Essential Group as a preferred supplier! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

DO NOT TRY THEM EVEN WHEN YOU ARE DESPERATE
Is there where I can report these people from harassing me? They want me to make an order forcefully, next thing they telling me I made an order of which I know nothing about, the next day they telling me the first order was suppose to be 2 but the invoice said one... Please can someone please help me to get rid of these rude people they are harassing me.

Do not use them. Stay far away from them. Chris and the team will call you and threaten you continuously even when they are wrong. They make empty promises and their products don't work like they say they do. DO NOT USE THEM AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM WORST COMPANY EVER

BAD SERVICE
I ordered a cartridge, not happy with the cartridge. Contact the company to arrange collection and they are rude!! I e-mailed the company to organise collection as well.

EXTREMELY BAD COMPANY - STAY VERY FAR AWAY
Extremely rude. This company will trick you into ordering more than you need. THEY ARE ******. Dont ever order from them. Ordered 10 printer ribbons and said i only have to pay within 30 days, but i received calls everyday harassing us. After payment, they called and said they owe us 14 more because they were running a special but that is just a lie. When they sent the 14, they said i need to pay for them. Did not know was landing myself in a nightmare

EXTREMLY RUDE PEOPLE WILL NOT STOP CALLING AND HARRASING US. HOW CAN I STOP THEM FROM CALLING? THEY KEEP SAYING WE ORDERED A CARTRAGE [THAT WE DID NOT ORDER] AND IF I ASK IF I CAN GET THE PROOF WHERE I ORDERED THEY REFUSE AND THEY START BEING RUDE.
