Bad driving instructor

Ingrid Petersen is the driving instructors name, she drives a i10. Ingrid approaches you at Hillstar traffic department as an instructor. Anyhoo a friend of mine got her number and both of us booked her for lessons. She charged me R1800 for 10 hours plus the car for when I pass out and an additional R180 for parking as it was apparently separate and wanted it straight up on our first appointment.

Our lesson was 30 minutes and she regarded it as an hour lesson, the next lesson was booked for a Saturday at 9am as I work Monday to Fridays, by 11am that Saturday I had to message her to find out where she was as she wasn’t at our pickup point yet and haven’t contacted me to let me know that she’ll be late. She then came at 11:30am and our appointment was a half an hour again which she once again regarded as an hour. I then asked for a refund as she’s not sticking to what our agreement was and she denied me my refund. I had another 6 lessons with her which was still not full hours and then she told me to book my date for Jan 28th 2022 which I did only for her to me that I need to take another 10 lessons for R1300 and that I can choose to either have my two lessons done or I can do parking with her, I then told her “but you charged me extra for parking but you never did it with me and now you’re saying it’s included in the R1800? So what did I pay a extra R180 for?” She said it was hard fees and then only for her to drop me on December the 12th 2021. I warned her that I’ll put her on the Internet for ripping me and others I know off.
