Fake merchandise being sold as Authentic

I ordered a few goods from the site and emailed the supplier before placing the order and asked to confirm whether or not the goods are authentic. Bella replied and said that the goods are in fact authentic and that she gets it from the Louis Vuitton Factory. The site names Sandton, which has one linking it to the Louis Vuitton store in Sandton. When I received my goods it was in fact fake, very good fakes. I emailed the supplier and asked for a refund and i'm still waiting for the return address. They only want to give me 30% of my money back. Which is in fact illegal and against their returns policy on their site. I am not sitting with goods which I have paid a small fortune for and the Supplier does not want to return it.
