Lawyer - STAY AWAY
Normally, ot takes 8- 14 days for transfer of business registration- not with Louw and Heyl. 7 months and still waiting. Slow on email replies and always very vague in answers. This is the worst! Money is all tied up with them since October 2024 - previous owner (pensioner and widow) can't get her money and we can't get the business transfer from them.

Lawyer - STAY AWAY
Normally, ot takes 8- 14 days for transfer of business registration- not with Louw and Heyl. 7 months and still waiting. Slow on email replies and always very vague in answers. This is the worst! Excellent Service from Iva
We purchased a house and Louw & Heyl Attorneys was allocated by Absa. Iva had been the most supportive person during this whole process. Even after moving in, we had endless problems, but never once did she cut the call or not return a call. She had been supportive throughout the whole process. Attorneys need more people like Iva and Louw & Heyl Attorneys. Her people skills are impeccable and she made my first time of purchasing a home a breeze . Thank you Iva and Louw & Heyl

Excellent Service from Iva

Bad Service
They managed my divorce. Did very limited work for an astronomical amount of money. I arranged my own settlement and supplied it to them. I was billed and paid the full amount before the case could be loaded onto the court role. They messed up the first date and had to re-submit. I was promissed letters to submit to the insurance companies and after several requests none has been forth coming.

Bad Service

racism from a whole lawyer
the lady's name is eliz van biljon my story is very long how bad this lady has mistreated me as a black person but I can boldly say she made it clear that as a black person am not worth her time though I did not ask for her help but Nedbank picked her to assist on a deal am entering into with the bank. she even threatens to charge me for her wasting my time "yes she threated to charge me fees for wasting my time" through her racist sloppy unprofessionalism.

Worst attorneys ever
The worst ever attorneys that we have dealt with They charged us huge amounts for small items to be done when we sold our house. They were also involved in a meeting were we discussed monies that need to refunded to us. Now they are refusing to ensure that we get these monies agreed on. I was told by one of the directors Marius that I am to emotionally involved in the house sale due to me demanding that we get what we deserve. Be very careful when dealing with them, they will stab you in the back and tell you lies just so they can get a house sold along with Fine and Country Johannesburg
