Unprofessional service

Unfortunately I was a by-stander to witness the disaster of this “service” one of my closest friends who was getting married had her and her husbands entire day ruined due to the unprofessionalism of this company. The owner... I have no words, I hope she enjoyed the party she was clearly still having while reeking of alcohol and cigarettes, dressed completely unprofessional and messy, swearing continuously amongst other bystanders and instead of doing her job, she was completely oblivious to what was happening around her and spent her time skinnering with the coordinator. The poor staff having to work for this person. The flowers were average to say the least. It’s so sad to see people spend so much time and money and entrust service suppliers only to have the whole experience ruined. All I can say is social media paints a pretty picture but a lot can be hidden. Be careful.
