Property transfer

It was in August 2021 when i bought a property, unfortunately the seller passed on before the transfers goes through. The process stopped until the executor was appointed last year at around April. Both I and the executor we were called in to sign papers with hope the process will come to an end, but no until today i am still waiting which makes my whole plans stuck. At around November 2022 i lodged a complaint with the Law Society with no response. I no longer want anything to do with this deal. I wrote and email to the Transferring attorneys (Lowndes Dlamini) to cancel the deal but i was told i cannot because i am contractually boound. According to my understanding, yes i was contractually bound but only for a certain period of time, now i want out. I am writing to you with hope i will get assistance.
