LP BAARTMAN INCOMPETENCY

Same thing with Rawson Properties and LP Baartman,

I signed the OTP in August 2016 with Rawson Properties in krugersdorp (Noordheuwel Shopping centre) under Ane Prinsloo, it was a cash sale for the house, Rawson Properties referred me to LP Baartman as their conveyors, According to emails from LP Baartman's offices the deal was lodged early 2017, Subsequently the agency was paid commission and closed their file, the purchaser was later informed by the bank ( Seller was bonded) that the property was never settled with them, i then decided to go to the deed office because LP Baartman claimed that the matter is delayed st the Deeds office, and upon investigation at the Deeds office the property was never registered into my name. I pleaded with Both Rawsons properties and LP Baartman to register the property in my name from 2016 till to date it's not registered, LP Baartman informed us that they cannot pick up the file and RIaan Jansen is no longer employed with them as their Ruimsig offices closed.

and so the saga started.... We have all the evidence including:

The OTP POP of the amounts paid to LP Baartman Communication via email from LP Baartman  stating the instruction for transfer was received , and numerous weekly rapport showing progress,  Email from Riaan stating that the file was lodged for registration Communication from Riaan from the new firm - stating he will resolve the matter ( Feb 2017) Communication from Louis Baartman himself "washing his hands" of this transaction...... Louis Baartman is very insensitive and doesn't care about people. Lp Baartman was very rude to us and made us feel that we are nothing maybe cause we are black, they still have our money till to date, it marks 2 years now. We refered the matter to the Law Society and we still waiting. Do not even Consider working with Louis Baartman, he's a thief that must be punished for what he is doing period.
