Payment of the proceeds from the property sale

We have appointed LP Baartman Attorneys to provide services on property sale and now the property was sold and registered on 18 July 2018 however they have not paid the proceeds due to us. They claim the trust account which hold the funds was fiddle with and our money has disappeared from the account. We have learned that the person who has access to the trust account is Louis Baartman however he claims someone has used our money. I appeal to anyone looking at using their services to be very careful as they are not trustworthy. We now have to take the matter with the Law Society. We have been in contact with Louis Baartman and he keeps on telling stories as to when will we get our money and this is unacceptable.
