Property leasing agency fails to pay back deposit

I rented a flat through LR Properties. When I moved out on 1 December 2014 I naturally assumed that my deposit will be paid back in a reasonable amount of time. It is 12 February 2015 and I still haven't received my deposit back.<br> I spoke to someone at LR Properties who promised my money would be in my account by last Friday (6 Feb 2015) - again, nothing happened. I called again this morning and was assured that my deposit is the next to be paid by the finance staff member. And... nothing.<br> I have been more than patient with these people. Now I need my money back, pronto!
