Money for no job that has been done at my property.

I want to report this owner of this company as a fraudster and a thief. This company was suposed to come do decking at my house and I paid Andrew R10000 for a deposit on work he never done. This guy iwas making promises to com do the job and never pitched. I told him to canccle my order and to pay my money back now his refusing my calles and refuse to pay back my Deposit money. I want to report him as a fraudster and a thief.
