One star is too much. How can a new fibre company trying to compete in the market have such *** and inconsistent fibre. You blame load shedding , but all the other companies don't fail during load shedding. Half the time the fibre doesn't work even when there is NO load shedding In what realm is it normal.to ha e to restart your router 3 to 4 times a day to get the fibre working

The absolute worst service provider ever. Do not use them! We have no connection numerous times a week with zero answers from anyone at Lucert. This has been an ongoing issue with no effort at all to fix the problem.

If I could rate zero star I would. Imagine hving intermittent network DAILY. In this day and age of working from home. What irks me the most is how they could not be bothered to resolve client isues. Worst ever!! Save yourself the headache. Don't use them!!!

The worst ISP ever. Their service is the worst, tariffs keep increasing, but their internet is always unstable and unreliable. Their customer support is almost nonexistent. Honestly, if I could **** on their cables, I would.

The worst Internet Service Provider I’ve ever used. Support team never respond to calls or messages. Monthly tariffs keep increasing and quality of connection and service keeps decreasing. Even during load shedding with a UPS connection the connection is appalling.
