Luciano tutorials scam??

I enquired about exam packs and they said I must pay them first before I can get them. Understanding this I made the payment. When I sent them the proof of payment they said they don't have the packs for my modules.

Since then, after numerous emails and whatsapps I still have not received my refund.

This is not on!!
