Crazy overweight charges
Unreasonable overweight charges.
My sons luggage weighed 32Kg instead of 23Kg , and we were charged ZAR5000 (about USD 290) for the extra 9kg for the one bag.
I did complain to the airline, and they insist that we were charged the correct fees for the overweight.
