Overpriced *******
Headlamps are mostly overpriced *******. I think I used mine less than 10 times before it packed up (while in the bush in Botswana). I have a cheap Energizer headlamp I received as a teen that's still going strong. I'll go back to that, and stick with it.

DO NOT TRUST anything or BUY anything from Lumeo.
BUNCH OF ****ing ****MERS. Bought items from them and didn't want those items anymore - DIDN'T EVEN USE THEM. They DO NOT answer any emails, messages on social media OR WhatsApp messages. THEY REFUSE to refund their customers and STILL won't do it after MONTHS. Taking MONEY from people and taking their ITEMS back BUT not being able to refund is *******. They have a big fat talk about returns 30 days hassle and money back BULL****. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR OWN MONEY AND TIME TO GO THROUGH THIS. Buy it from someone more reputable. Bunch of ****ing ****s - I'm waiting MONTHS for a refund.

BEWARE OF LUMEO
BEWARE OF Lumeo Just a WARNING regarding LUMEO. I ordered the Lumeo chairs. After I received it we realised that they are too small for larger persons and also uncomfortable. So I ask them for a refund. After I had to send numerous e -mails and WhatsApps they send the Courier to collect them. The Courier already delivered them on the 12h f December 2025. Since then I had to send quite a few WhatsApps and the they finally ask for my baknk details. I gave them my bank details on the 17th of December. No reply no refund nothing. I send more WhatsApps to ask when can I expect my refund still no reply. So this morning I send another WhatsApps and said to them if I haven’t received my refund by end of today I’m going to all Social media platforms and Hello Peter. So no reply or refund. PLEASE NOTE I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS AND WHATSAPPS AS PROOF.

After receiving an email to say that my package is on the way I checked the tracking number two days later to find out that Fastway was at Lumeo to collect the parcel and was told it was not packed yet. According to Zak the delay was due to a courier glitch. What utter nonsense!!! No apology, just blame the courier service. I was hesitant to order from them after reading countless bad reviews but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake!!! I needed the package to arrive before leaving on holiday but will definitely not be receiving it on time due to bad service and incompetence. The order has now been cancelled at my request but whether I will be refunded is another story. Zak doesn’t even reply to my emails. The mentality of ignore the customer and the problem, it might just disappear. Unfortunately this business is not based on honesty and integrity. I will NEVER be ordering from them again, ever!!!

Poor after sales service
I bought the solar string lights and was suppose to receive a keychain light. My order confirms I received it but was never included. Emailed the same day, and again. Then WhatsApp with no reply. After sales service non existent. Will never buy again from them.

Lumeo - best source of easy usable technological necessities
All the Lumeo products are of the highest quality and excellent materials have been used. Instructions are clear and service is really customer orientated. I will keep on supprting them where I can.

my second disappointment with LUMEO
I purchased a Lumeo QuickFold High-Back Chair With Foot Rest × 1 on line from their store and was promised a Lumeo Pro BrightBuddy Keychain Light (FREE GIFT) × 1. (ORDER #35010) The Courier Guy delivered the parcel this morning in a big cardboard box with the chair safely wrapped in a plastic bag BUT no Lumeo Pro BrightBuddy Keychain Light (FREE GIFT) × 1. I am extremely disappointed as a previous oder (the fan) came with the free light but not safely and securely packaged but merely stuffed in the same box of the fan with the top cover open. This could have been lost en-route in the courier vehicle. I am awaiting the delivery of my latest order the 360 light also with a free light and only hope it is included. It is unacceptable that proper quality and processing control is not ensured more so with online businesses.
