Ordered a custom couch from Lunahome (IG: Lunahomeza) & then had to wait for nearly 3 months for my couch. Poor communication and there were countless messages and emails received with excuses and lies about the delay in production process of my couch. I later asked for my refund and I was directed to their policy which states that I have to wait for 30 days for it. They later sent half of my deposit as means to shut me up, I guess ?

Currently seeking legal action against them.

Website looks great and so is their social media but they are honestly just a ****mer company. You have to continuously follow up and ask about your order because they won’t bother updating you. Be safe & save your money and energy from these guys.
