LUNGITRONICS PTY: LEGAL PROCEEDINGS INITIATED FOR REFUND THEFT

This is a formal public notice regarding Lungitronics PTY and their representative, Thando.

After paying a R2,250.00 deposit on 02 March 2026 for a service that was never delivered, and enduring weeks of failed appointments and 'technical' excuses, I have officially reached the end of my patience. Thando provided a written commitment to refund my money by Wednesday, 18 March. He has failed to honor his own deadline and is now ducking my messages.

I have officially opened a legal case against Lungitronics PTY. A summons is being processed to recover my funds, along with interest and all associated legal costs.

Do not let the professional-looking quotations fool you, this business is happy to take your money and disappear when it’s time to deliver or refund. To any prospective customers: STAY AWAY. I will not be withdrawing my legal action or this review until every cent of my R2,250.00 is cleared in my account.
