Awesome Experience with Luxe Kitchenware
This was my second purchase from Luxe Kitchenware, following my first in December. Just like with my first order, I had several questions about the machine. I called and spoke with Chris in Support, and he was awesome! He patiently answered all my questions, helped me understand how to install the machine once it arrived, and went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable with the installation. Nothing but 5 stars for Chris and Luxe Kitchenware.

Awesome Experience with Luxe Kitchenware
This was my second purchase from Luxe Kitchenware, following my first in December. Just like with my first order, I had several questions about the machine. I called and spoke with Chris in Support, and he was awesome! It was a delightful experience
Shopping with Luxe Kitchenware was a delightful experience. I truly appreciated the personal emails and the flexibility to return items free of charge. I was very pleased with the quality of the products and the attentive service, and my Daughter-in-law absolutely loved her coffee machine from Luxe Kitchenware.

Not a real company
Do not deal with them. I paid R20 000 for a product that never arrived. No email or telephone calls were answered once payment was made. This was reported and there is an active case with Brighton beach SAPS in durban.

Luxe Kitchenware, are complete **** artists. *****ulent transaction for coffee machine R20 000.00, paid for but never delivered. Looks legitimate but definitely would recommend you stay clear. Bunch of *******!!!!

*****sters! I have opened a ***** case. ****med out of R20 000. As soon as you pay you will never be contacted again. It is a brilliant *****ulent site without the usual signs of **** websites. Please don't trust them, you will lose your money. Now I know why they only take EFT payments.

Smam company
This is a **** company. Be careful. They take your order and payment and dont delivery. No way of contacting them other than email and then the answers they give are sketchy until you finally give up.
