COMPANY HAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY TO CONSUMERS

We recently brought Butter made by this company, gets packaged as "Little River Choice Butter" At the time we purchased 4 blocks, and using the first one, we found it to be sour. Instead of taking it back to the supplier, we decided that we would contact the company direct, we have left two messages for the MD to contact us, which was not done. The receptionist was quite adamant that they would not deal with us, and we had to return it to the shop it was purchased from. I find this quite distrubing that the company who makes the butter, will not take any responsiblity for their product.
