i booked an appointment online and it was confirmed for Sunday at 10am. When I arrive at 10am and tell them about my booking, they say I was booked for Saturday. Not to mention the poor customer from the lady sitting at the front who said “you were supposed to come yesterday you were booked yesterday”. I even had to show her a message between the person at Lychee that booked my appointment and she was still so rude, speaking with attitude and I could barely hear her. Very disappointed with the service

While I was getting my nails done at Lychee in Olivedale Corner, the technicians were chatting loudly in their language, making me feel like they were talking about me. When I expressed that I didn't like the first color I chose and suggested we switch to white, the woman doing my nails responded poorly, saying she had another client and that I was costing her time. I felt awful and apologized. She then spoke to her colleague about me, referring to me as a "rich woman," which made me very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, no tea, coffee, or water was offered during my visit. The nail files looked old and dirty, which felt very unhygienic. The quality of the work was subpar, and I left feeling like I paid for something that wasn't worth it. This experience should have been enjoyable, but instead, I walked out feeling rushed and unhappy. The technicians were also discussing tips and complaining about each other, which added to the negative atmosphere. Ladies, we deserve a pleasant experience when getting our nails done, not one that leaves us feeling down

I went to Lychee Ferdale on Tuesday the 30th of April,I had made an appointment that morning through whatsapp where I inquired "if there was a slot available that day around 13:00 for me to do the nails special-gel hands and feet for R300".They said yes there was,I can come through my appointment was confirmed. I get there do my nails, then when it was time to pay the nail technician who did my nails punched in R360 into the machine,I asked what the extra R60 was for she said the price is R360.I asked why I was not told that morning when I made the appointment, she said she does not know. She then asked the lady who confirmed the appointment she also said she does not know. The least they could have done was apologize, but they didn't,instead they just looked at me and said they don't know.I paid and left because I had to collect my kids at school. I then send a message later asking for the manager/owners contact info.I was told they are not allowed to give it out.I send an email,it came back undelivered,so how are we suppose to communicate our dissatisfaction with you if we can't even get hold of you.I also inboxed you on Facebook messenger,no answer to date. Your staff is very umprofessional and there is basically no way we can communicate with management, that is also unprofessional. It was my first time at your salon and that was bad customer service.

Lychee nail salon on the new Ferndale on Republic is a definite no go. I should have known better than to go in when 2 of the nail technicians were catching up on their sleep in full view of all passing trade. Nonetheless my nails needed some attention so I entered. Indicating that I would like my nails done i was allocated to one of the sleeping beauties who had no idea what was needed despite the fact that I repeated myself twice. A little staff training needed given that you are working in a nail salon? A definite no go.
