Ordered a cellphone cover, proof of pmt was sent through on Friday 24 July 15. No response over the weekend. Contacted Lyla on Mon and was told that pmt was received and parcel will be dispatched Tue morning. Tue, I was told I should receive parcel on Wed or Thurs. No tracking number (TN) was sent to me, so I requested for one, was told that I will be sent the TN on Wed. Wed evening, still not received a TN, was then told that the TN will be sent to me at the soonest and as she is not in tomorrow she will send the TN first thing on Fri. At this point, my package had still not been received by me as promised for Wed or Thurs. This worried me as it was a really small package and i was afraid that it could be lost with the courier service, hence I was so adamant on having a TN, which should have actually been sent to me as soon as the parcel was dispatched. On Fri MORNING, 31 July, I sent in another request for the TN. Received a response at 4pm with infact the wrong TN. Eventually received the parcel Fri at 4h30pm only to see the package labeled \Deliver Friday 31/07/15"After all"
