It’s one of my worst experiences I ever had with after service. I bought a bakkie it had so much problems. I had to take it to them several times to get things fixed. Which excuse after excuse not fixing it properly. Eventually I had to drive it to there suppliers to get things fixed. Battery not working from day one. Front bumper and covers falling apart. Radio not working door still not fixed. I had to replace the battery after several excuses. No refund because the vehicle I trade in had no tools, this after two months. Worst experience ever. Think twice before buying a vehicle from them. You will not get any professional assistance once you payed for the car.

M5 Auto Boksburg! The worst experience ever in buying a vehicle. The sales people are clearly not educated in the work they are doing. I was told by sales person Oliver Lotkin that once my previous vehicle is settled that the bank would reverse my last payment and I shouldn’t stress he would sort it out with the bank. 3weeks down the line the sales person and dealership is singing a different tune and told me I should have known. I went on what was said to me when i collected my vehicle, it was on a Friday and by Monday I did let them know all the issues I have with the vehicle and didn’t really get any assistance on the matter. I had to take the vehicle for wheel alignment and balancing on my own costs and the dealership also refuses to reimburse me on my expenses + the instalment that went off after I was promised that it would be reversed. And all the dealership does now is make excuses for the sales person. After numerous struggles to finally speak to someone in management, the manager was so rude stating i should have known how it works. I’m not a sales person and went on what HIS employee told me. Honestly, don’t ever buy from this company. They have a dishonest way of doing business.

All my expectations were met by this dealership. They found the car that suited my needs, and deluvered it exactly as they promised it even though the time I gave the was very limited. I give them a 5 star rating for their service and delivery. I can recommend them for yoou next purchase..

Horrible, bought a Hilux from them, from the day I got it I had problem with the door sensor, I can't lock my car so I can't drive anywhere. It has been back 4 times and still have the same problem. This is ridiculous service. STAY AWAY!!!

Really Poor after sales service from M5 Auto. Salesman promised smash and grab on the vehicle and now says it is an add on cost. They could not get my license disk and number plates on time. Blamed systems and get all different feedback when I call to speak to someone. No manager our dealer principal takes the time to call you back

Do not ever buy a car from them....worst experience ever....bought a 2020 Ford Everest from them within a day I issues Brake pads worn, poor rear view camera image, radio not working properly..all the exhaust rubber gone....and a knocking sound when you drive ...the dealer principal is a no show....blocking us everywhere ....sales person Alexander, made promises but did not kept it....we are busy with the omnitsman...SO PLEASE PLEASE be very careful buying from them....Be Warned. Full of empty promises.....Dont buy from them.....

M5 auto dealership - Boksburg Purchased a car with them on the 26th of August 2024 via sales person Phuti. Car had no carpets, car had power steering malfunction and sent back twice to the dealership. On the day of the purchase a permit was issued for the car, never got any feedback until I called to inform them that the car permit it's expiring, I even sent the Dealer Principal Kevin an email regarding that but he never responded. My advise to people is that make sure you have everything given to you before leaving the dealership or have no business with them as their service is poor. I really had a bad experience with the dealership, I'm still waiting for the car registration and the carpets.
