Bought a 7KW Mac Africa Generator from Adendorff in Vereeniging, 6 months later the Generator could not handle the output, took it to Adendorff O/N 183551. Generator is still under guarantee. I was notified by Sibusiso it might be the Alternator @ R 6000.00. What a guarantee!! 3 Days later no feedback. Phoned Adendorff, Sibusiso informs me that they could not inspect my generator due to high repair demand. What a product? Agents for such a high-risk product!! Please people understand that service is not a priority for Mac Africa & Adendorff Vereeniging.
