Absolute disastrous service! I called in 18/10/25 and made a booking for my daughter who was attending a special gala event, the time was confirmed for 3.30pm, when may daughter arrived the artist was busy with another client and advised her to wait 20 minutes, after the 20 minutes passed the artist did not acknowledge my daughters presence for the entire time she waited, after hour she called me to say she is still waiting for the artist. After more than an hours wait at the counter, the artist was still busy and told her the slot was double booked and she should make a booking 2 to 3 days in advance. Her lift the brought her home absolutely distraught as she didn't have any make up done and she was now running late for the event. I tried calling the Mac counter at Baywest numerous times and they did not answer, nor return my calls or WhatsApp text. The following morning I called again and spoke to the actual person who made the booking and was just told sorry for the inconvenience, and now a text to say sorry for the inconvenience. It was a disaster and damn unprofessional. Do better as you spoiled her event and I would hate for it to happen to another person
