Worst service I have ever received the lady who helps was really rude unceccesarily at that I asked her to simply give me a different colour couch and she started shouting at me... This ws the second time I went in the shop and saw bad service and both times it was black customers they don't care about their customers unless you are white rudest people I have ever experienced..

We bought the Lounge Louis Vuitton U Shape we paid for everything cash from MACO they informed us that they can only deliver on Friday which wasn't to much of a problem. When we made the purchase no terms and conditions were explained to us Upon delivery the delivery guys arrived in the afternoon, removed the packaging off the couches then started assembling the stand we bought together with the couches Once they were done then they moved to placing the couches into our lounge that's when we discovered that the couches were too big to fit into our lounge We tried contacting Sam the sales person to try and explain our issue and explained to him that we would like to exchange the current couches for couches that fit Sam informed us that he is trying to contact management and see if we can't work something out because their issue was the couches were already unwrapped Unfortunately management refused to exchange them due to the fact that they were unwrapped even though we contacted them that very moment the couches were unwrapped and delivered It is unreasonable that they couldn't help us in exchanging even after paying cash for everything and contacted them that same time the delivery happened but they refused to help us

I bought a six seater couch the 3 seater did not fit in the door so now the delivery guys had to take it back to the warehouse. The shop called to say for them to put the couch in two pieces they will only need R1300 I agreed after a few hours I get a call that I now need to pay an extra R3300 I'm so devestated right now because I honestly was just requesting for a couch that can atleast fit I didn't expect them to ask for an extra R3300 after paying R10300 cash this is very unfair.
