McRobert Attorneys Harrassing the South African Public and Not Following the POPI Act

I'm writing to express extreme dissatisfaction and concern over ABSA's predatory practices. Your bank's refusal to offer payment arrangements and immediate handover to McRobert Attorneys after I only had 1 single missed payment on a 30-year bond smells like a ****. Now months later I am still requesting assistance and none given by Absa to save my home .

It appears ABSA is prioritizing kickbacks from McRobert's over helping customers keep their homes. The constant harassment (3x daily) and POPPIA breaches by McRobert's, sharing my details without consent, are unacceptable.
