After sending both a picture of the old filter and the model number of the machine, they still sent the wrong filter. Now they have said that they will reimburse me, but due to us ordering the wrong spare we would have to pay courier fees for collection and new delivery. Andy the manager has said threatening him with hello peter means nothing. This now flows over to the companies that they are agents of Nilfisk - WAP. Lets see if they are willing to sort this out. For now, be sure that Nilfisk and WAP are poorly represented in South Africa.

I have ordered the inner and outer glass for an under-counter Defy oven. I have supplied the model number, which I do understand is a critical item, when ordering such. The parcel arrived fairly soon after I have transferred the money, but alas, it was the wrong glass (both). I have subsequently tried to contact them, via e-mail, on numerous occasions, but I have been completely ignored. I have also advised them that I will be contacting HelloPeter, but still no reaction was forthcoming.

<p>Ordered a part for a vacuum cleaner. 6 (SIX!!!) phone calls later and still no part. When the part finally arrived, it was half the part. Apparently, I had only said I wanted half a pipe for my vacuum cleaner. Apparently it was I who had delayed payment. Apparently I have to be charged another while courier fee to get the other half of the pipe to me. </p>

Mac Spars a suppler of fridge equipment in Krugersdorp has got no care for there customer and only want money.<br> <br> I placed and order with them and even took photos of the items i needed to make sure get the right items.<br> Before confirming my perches i called the sales representative to confirm if the items get delivered and are incorrect they are more that happy to refund my money.<br> <br> So placed the order and the items get delivered to my house and they are the incorrect items .<br> The sales representative call me to check on the items and i tell him they are the incorrect and i will be returning they and he said that that is fine.<br> When i call to say im going to be coming through to return the items Mac Spares say they do not accept returns or give refunds , after i confirmed that it is possible if the items are incorrect.<br> I asked the lady if there calls are recorded so that they can confirm that there sales representative assured me that this can be done , she just told me that , that was too many call to go back to an listen too.<br> So what is the point then if they record the call and not willing to go back on them to confirm there mistake and take responsibility for it and give me a refund
