My complaint is a result of ******* service offered by the Manageress "Gorshen" as she referred to herself at *Mad Price Figtree* branch. She was very abrupt and in a hurry to refuse any help whatsoever, not even willing to offer me any sort of store voucher for the item returned (never worn) with the tag intact, store receipt and original bag. This clearly seems to be a trend in their stores reading the comments as if the owner couldn't care less for how their patrons have been treated.

What a great company to deal with! Not only were their prices better than 3 other companies but the service is what I was so impressed with! Kept in touch with me the whole time from assembling to delivery at my door! We have 8 fantastic Astro wire bar stools at home to enjoy! Thank you to your team for outstanding service and quality!

What a great company to deal with! Not only were their prices better than 3 other companies but the service is what I was so impressed with! Upon putting a laybye there, and taking it out in October, upon preparing to wear my item, weeks later, I noticed a tear, went to store with receipts and all, and also tag, not attached, but Chlothing unworn, I was refused an exchange, now stuck with a new but old item from the store, with a managers only reason for not exchanging being I had already snapped the tag... Meaning all items must be worn immediately, their policy and stuff suck... It is rediculous..

I bought 3 shorts for my son, it was to small and returned it, I took other 3 shorts bigger size, but again to small, when I wanted to return is for t-shirts(they do not refund money) they said you can only return once. Knowhere on shop walls or slips this is been said. Iam sitting with R400 shorts that no one can wear. Other places gives you 30 days to return and to take something else. I am very very angry. Humansdorp branch , Eastern Cape.

I had bad costumer service at madprice uitenhage shop on the 27/11/2018 at 5pm the tell was shouting next several times whike we were still doing our last shopping until one African lady approaches us and told us the tellers switch computers at 5pm irispective of there's costumers inside. We decided to go and leave the item that we already took when we were at the door we asked the security for the store manager or owners contact no and security asked at the lady at the till then the response was she doesnt know the numbers' and he must close the door . This was our first pathetic costumer service we have ever encountered in a retail store.
