I bought a nail drill last year and after 5 months it gave me problems the knob didn't want to turn and the hand piece gets warm. They said I must send it back. Once it got there they said it is my fault I let the machine fall, how can a machine fall that's on a table the whole day. Eventually after a while the lady replaced it with a new one. Then I bought a dust collector it was working for 3 weeks since I bought it and it started to give me problems and didn't want to work without its cable. The machine is suppose to be rechargeable for loadshedding. So I send it back again and the reply I got was there is nothing wrong with it so I told her if she sends it back it will do the same so I got the machine back and 2 weeks later the problems starts AGAIN now I must send it back again and I said i don't want any electronics from them again so I will get a refund. Now she tells me I must bubblewrap the machine before they will pick it up which i don't have time to drive around looking for bubblewrap as I work the whole week so now till I don't bubbelwrap they won't pickup and refund me. How pathetic is that the machine is already giving problems so what's bubblewrap going to do. Now I must struggle to work until I find time to drive around and look for bubblewrap.... I'm very annoyed with their service. 1st all the electronics I buy from them is faulty and 2nd to get my refund is a problem because it's not bubblew****d... As a full time nail technician how must one struggle to work like this with their faulty machines and waiting for ever just to get a refund and buy a new one somewhere else?
